I stood at the window for about 15 minutes when there was no one on line to order. A burger, fries, and rings. I can literally see through the holes in the meat paddy. It took forever as well. The rings are awesome.

This is an insanely good and unique fast food burger. Love the green chile, which is only very slightly spicy. The burgers are juicy, greasy and hit all the right fast food burger notes. The service was good (a bunch of happy teens) and we got our food fast. I will 1000% eat here every time I’m in NM and will probably get a few extra to bring back to NYC.

This location has been a horrible experience. It’s the closest Blake’s to my work so I order breakfast burritos here all the time. I always add red Chile sauce and chopped green chile, but it NEVER comes with chopped green chile. When I tell the employees, they get upset at me like it’s my fault. The last time I ordered here, which will be the last time I ever order here, I ordered 1bacon breakfast burrito with red chile sauce and chopped green chile, and 1 United burrito (sausage and bacon) with red chile sauce and chopped green chile. What I received was 2 sausage burritos with red chile sauce only. When you look at the receipt that they place on the bag it clearly shows the types of chile in big bold letters. I don’t know how it’s possible to make the same mistake every single time, but they manage it at this location.

The burgers are just as good as they have always been. Other places in Albuquerque use different buns, but this place still uses the classic style, which is best. The employees taking your order are not always the friendliest. They looked annoyed and don’t really seem to care about customers much.

Burger and food was great, just like they usually are at Lotaburger. Placed the order online to skip the line, which was super smooth, to find out that when I got there you had to wait in the order line to pick up your order. Seems out of order to me, if you’ve ordered, paid and all you need is to ‘grab your bag’ I don’t understand why you would need to wait around for six others to get their orders in. It would also provide the customer with a better product if they are late to pick it up.

Inconsistent food prep and quality. Uncooked hash browns served with a huge side of attitude from the employees. The employees are really the issue at this location, since the food would be better if the people cooking it didnt hate their jobs.

The burger was very good and no real complaints, other than the meat needed a bit more flavor. It probably just needed salt. Hey I’d eat it again in a heartbeat. Minus star for non working fryer, which then made half the menu inaccessible.

GREAT BURGER!! It’s better than typical fast food. Everything was fresh and delicious. I ordered the lotaburger with green chile which is a must. The seasoned fries were good and crunchy. The chocolate milkshake was good. They didn’t offer fountain drinks today. This location is typically busy and now I know why.
