Approximately round 8:45pm , there was a situation with a customer complaining about a 10 piece wing She ordered and didn’t receive in her take out bag . The manager came up to the register and asked her Did she have her order that she left with and she asked him why . He told her just for verification. She got real loud with him and he screamed at the young man asking for a refund in the rudest way . He told her I am more than welcome to give you a refund . He apologized to her about the wings, and she stated that she didn’t care and for him to keep his apology. He was very cordial with her and had highly respect for the customer . He handle the situation in good manners and with respect. Now that’s what you called a respectable manager .

Just tried Charley’s Cheesesteaks this week for the first time. I have to say, everything I tried was excellent. Not dripping with grease like other places. You could actually taste all the things that make it a Cheesesteak. And It wasn’t greasy and running down your face and arm. The service was quicker than expected. Can’t wait to try all the wing flavors.

Ordered the Philly chicken with cheese fries, and I must say it was perfect. The bread was soft, the chicken tasty, the fries not greasy or hard, & cheese sauce with great taste. Very few places do it right, it seams they got the formula down packed.

I went to this place and bought 1 large Philly cheestake, one small chicken Philly combo and 10 wings. When I received my order the cashier offered another Philly cheesetake. I said sure. When I got home which is 5.mins away, I noticed the wings 2as not in the bag but an extra Philly. I called the store and notified them my wings are missing. I was told come back and get it. I only live 5 minutes so I did. To my surprise I walked in the restaurant and I think he said his name is Weston ask me where is the bag with the items. I said I left it at home why he said he wanted to check it. I said so are you saying I got the wings yes response was he made the wings and the cashier said she put them in the bag. So you are implying that I stole 10 wings and I need to bring back my bag of food for you to inspect. This is the most demeaning behavior I have encountered in this place. I will never go back here. I demanded my money back for the wings and told them to keep it. This is embarrassing and I will not spend my money here or any other Charles again.

I really wanted to like this place. I’ve been looking for a really great cheesesteak place in PSL.. I ordered the original cheesesteak and was disappointed with the amount of steak, peppers, and mushrooms. The service was very nice (hence the 2 stars), the establishment was very clean (but very small), and the food was not worth coming back for. If they start changing the quality, I’ll give it a second try.
