The lunch table is a new place my coworkers and I eat at. I was weary at first but then I had the food and that was it; had to go back. The owner is amazing and very sweet. Would recommend this place to anyone that wants good, healthy, and satisfying food.

Such a fantastic lunch today at The Lunch Table! The portions were generous, the ingredients were super fresh, and they could customize anything the way you wanted it because they make it right in front of you. We paid about the same as we would for a meal for the 4 of us at other places in town, but felt better about the ingredients we were putting in our bodies, and loved supporting a local business! Plus the decor is super comfy and modern – my boys finished their meals before my husband and I, so they retired to the little living room area to watch a show while we finished. Can’t wait to go there again – it’s definitely our new go-to lunch spot! I highly recommend checking them out!

Yummy fresh food made right in front of you! Greeted as soon as you walk in making you feel more comfortable walking into a place you’ve never been before. There’s a lounge area and regular seating making it a great place to journal, read, or hangout with friends. I can’t wait to come back and try all their other foods! It’s nice to have such a healthy option right in Lewiston/ Auburn and not have to travel to Freeport or Brunswick! ✨

Finally a healthy, clean place to eat in Lewiston Auburn. The salad portions are extremely generous & worth the money. Also includes comfort food. Finally i dont have to feel terrible after eating takeout! Hoping this place stays in business for a very long time.
