Door dashed some food today & we didn’t get half of our order. Obviously the manager isn’t doing his part to ensure every customer gets what they ordered. Literally paid $25 just to get screwed over. All those employees need to go thought training cause they can’t even read a screen & put the stuff in the bag.

I ordered from the portage location and both of my sandwiches were not good…the big fish was saturated in oil and so dry I threw it away so I didn’t get sick…the other sandwich was a burger not like I ordered and terrible…so much sauce I couldn’t tell if there was meat…my lunch today. So not only were they horrible ..I had to go hungry at work …what happened to quality?…

I get drive-thru every so often on my lunch break. The building/facilities need to be updated but the service is quick and the food is always relatively good (excluding some chicken nuggets that tasted microwaved).

This is the worst burger king I have been to. We sat in the drive thru for 20 mins, got to the window and was asked to pull out front and said on chicken fries. No one ever brought our food, after 15 mins we had to go through the drive through again.

I tried this location twice this week. Both times I got “thanks for choosing burger king, I’ll be with you in a moment.” Both times waiting 10+ minutes with no service before driving off. It’s like they just don’t want to make money. Maybe they should close the doors already.

I ordered a chicken sandwich this morning and they slathered it in mayo that had obviously had gone off. They put so much mayo on each side of the bun that even after taking of the bun the chicken patty was so soaked in mayo it fell apart. The smell was so profound that I threw the whole sandwich out. Not to mention the fact they also gave no napkins.

So wasn’t given my my drinks at drive thru go back in get them to give em to me, then get home to find out our entire order is wrong my wife and I have allergies and threw your food in the trash it could’ve killed me. I won’t return to this location or Burger King again. If it’s not one thing, it’s another, and I’m done trying with yall.

I’ve been to this burger king multiple times hoping there would be a change with the food. Nope… Food was cold, cheese hanging out of the burger only covering a quarter of the burger under the bun. Then the WHOLE time, staff were either screaming, cursing at each other, or on their phone the whole time video chatting telling someone on the other end to shut up. Another customer looked at me and shook his head because he couldn’t believe this young girl was on her phone while she’s supposed to be working. When we left there was a line of 5 cars in the drive thru waiting for their food. If there was less chatting on the phone and screaming at each other, maybe the food would taste better and not be cold. I could say this is the last time I’ll ever go to this restaurant, but it won’t affect them in the least, and things will still be the same. Work ethics needs to be trained here, and the manager cracking down instead of letting them get away with it. We don’t get to see the behind the scenes but we can hear it.
