Very plain looking store from the outside but with very flavorful food inside. Unapologetically simple offerings but with big serving portions. The classic Latin food always served with beans and rice. The store has some tables to seat that are self served but it’s more oriented for takeout. The service is very quick, expect to go in and buy food in less than five minutes. Very pleased overall!

After living in a food desert I finally feel at home. Being born in Spanish Harlem, to Puerto Rican parents and raised in the South Bronx . I moved to Woodstock in the early 70 . I was the first Puerto Rican to own a house Woodstock. And now I finally can get my food. No offense to Mexican people but enough is enough. All that is up here is Mexican food. Now we have a choice. Angels restaurant food is authentic Puerto Rican, I know because my mother cook it every day for us and it’s delicious. I will go again and again, and again, thank you angel. Amen!
