Decaf ice coffee… you don’t put it in a pitcher filled with ice. The ice melts and you end up with watered down coffee. I’ve come here everyday for the past 4 days, everyday wondering why my coffee doesn’t taste like coffee, tastes like cream water with sugar.. come on, stop cutting corners and make good coffee. I don’t like giving a bad review, especially when the staff is really nice, but I came here a couple weeks ago and my matcha latte was made totally wrong. barely any matcha and there was a lot of product missing (I hadn’t even put the straw in in the photo). this isn’t the first time this has happened at the same place, and for a nearly $5 drink I expect more than just milk and a buncha ice.

There is this one girl that is SO incredibly rude everytime we go there. The line always moves so slowly and they only get our order right half of the time. We go out of our way to go to a different dunks even though we drive pass this one everywhere we go!

I just got a coffee from there and it’s my usual coffee and honestly I had to leave review because I’m just so happy with the fact that for once it actually tasted right and the coffee didn’t taste weird. The made it correctly And clearly brew their iced coffee correctly… More than I can say for several other locations in and around this area.
