I dropped in one recent afternoon wanting to grab a bite to eat for a boring 90 minute ride home. I had just experienced a frustrating trip to the kitchen supply store around the corner, so I was in the need for some kindness. It was after lunch and before dinner, but the workers assured me a quick take-out was possible. I ordered a yummy grilled cheese, tomato and bacon sandwich. It was ready in about 5 minutes, ready to eat in the car without making a mess, and was delicious. The young woman who waited on me was so helpful and kind. I will be returning for sit-down lunch or dinner the next time I ‘m near Hyde Park!

The nice thing about CJs is that the bar and restaurant are separate. People will occasionally wait in the bar waiting for their meal pickup.

very nice people just would say they should put less salt on the garlic knots and less salt on the pizza. the cheese fell off. Liz’s retirement dinner wasn’t the best. she went home with diarrhea
