Normally I don’t complain about food since I work in the same field and have empathy for most problems but here I am. Have eaten here a few times and haven’t had an issue until now where I purchased a cheesesteak melt. Upon opening the box there was nothing but air in my melt since there was only two specs of meat in my melt, making my melt a glorified quesadilla. A few bites into my food I come across a hair which means I have to throw away my food now. Is this a product of employees wanting to get out of there since its the end of the night or is this the new standard? do better next time.

Ordered thin and crispy ended up with thin and barely cooked. We give up my crust is never done and I have to put it in the oven and cook it. Thin uncooked and limp is not what I ordered for pizza crust.

Ordered big new yorker, arrived later than expected, cold, and appeared to have been dropped, judging from condition of the box and pizza folded inside. Pizza was still good, surprisingly not as much grease as expected from double pepperoni.

Ordered a 16 count boneless wings, with Honey BBQ, and instead of actually shaking the wings, and making sure the wings were fully coated, they just drizzled the sauce on top. It’s frustrating because i had a separate order of Buffalo wings and those were actually tossed in sauce and fully coated.

So I ordered large double pep, double cheese original pan pizza..cut in squares. Was not cut in squares. Order the brownie dessert. Well let me tell you…my daughter and I had the WORST and I MEAN THE WORST CASE OF DIARRHEA AND VOMITING I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!! I MEAN A FULL BODY SWEAT ABOUT TO PASS OUT, PUKING IN THE GARBAGE CAN KIND OF TIME I’D RATHER GO THROUGH A KIDNEY STONE OR CHILD BIRTH THAN GO THROUGH THAT AGAIN. I’ve been down an entire day because of it. I called, but I think i called the wrong store. But BOB the manager; probably not even his real name. Says..what would you like me to do? Really, after i just explained a demon coming out of me, you ask me. As a manager you do not ask that question after an explanation like that. You say, Mam, I will refund you your entire order, I’m so terribly sorry you went through that. So, If someone from This store would refund my order, that’d be great. By the way, 24 hrs later, I’m still having cramps.
