The food here was sooooooo good!! We ordered 2 lunch specials: Panang Curry and Lo Mein (both with chicken). Everything was seasoned perfectly and had the right balance of flavors. The spring rolls had the perfect amount of crispiness and crunch. I am normally very critical of Thai curries since I make my own and have a specific flavor profile I look for. They really hit the nail on the head! My husband had the Lo Mein and also enjoyed it. Noodles were cooked just right. Both dishes were packed full of chicken. The food was fresh and remained piping hot even though we got it as takeout. The portions were also very generous for the lunch portions. I appreciated their 1-10 spice scale with an extra spicy scale for those who enjoy the “Thai spice” experience. I’m really sad we were just visiting and not local, because they definitely would’ve gained regulars. 🙂
