I placed online order to pick up in drive thru. I waited 20 minutes while knocking on window and calling store by phone. When the manager finally came to the window she put my sandwich in a bag and retrieved the chips. This is unusual because they are normally very fast! This was a bad experience including my turkey wasn’t fresh. The manager told the help to be careful and stop making mistakes today. I think I’m done for now. There’s too many other options for lunch. The last three times I’ve ordered, it’s been well over an hour, we are 2 miles away from the location. This last time I ordered late afternoon. I figured that would make the timing better, no. I placed our order at 2:50pm, delivery was supposed to be by 3:30. At 3:50 I called, the manager answered and was as apathetic as could be. While on the phone with her, the driver pulled up I let her know, and she was silent. Totally odd and strange interaction. Enough is enough, this will be the last time I order from this location.

Thank you so much for the incredible service! It has been raining all week and we ordered our food and it arrived in 15 mins! Accidentally, they forgot our cookies, we gave them a call and the manager sent the driver out again he didn’t sound upset at all! Placed a catering order for 60 sandwiches. Only 52 arrived. Called store manager to resolve, young woman, instead of trying to resolve was extremely rude and basically called us liars on the phone. Disgusting to be treated that way. Such a shame. Do not recommend catering and will never purchase an individual sandwich again. This particular location was Stetson Hills. No surprise they have other terrible reviews.

Of the last two online orders I placed(spread over months), the delivery order took 3 hours to be delivered when asked for as soon as possible. The pick-up order for a roast beef sandwich was instead a turkey sandwich, inside a bag correctly labeled as the roast beef sandwich I had ordered. While they do plenty of deliveries, since it wasn’t a delivery order in the first place they declined to make it right and opted to offer a refund instead. Overall, this place is fine if you go in person and terrible for online orders.

Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes. The four people I saw working on Sunday the 5th of February at 6:35 I guess couldn’t be bothered with my order in the drive thru let alone the three people behind me who left. When I pulled up to get the attention of someone who was working there, I was ignored by three of the employees! I really hope whoever owns this franchise sees this and does something to fix it! Meanwhile, I’m taking my business elsewhere. Hello Firehouse!
