Authentic Italian cuisine with an extensive menu and seasonal specials weekly. Small and intimate so be sure and get a reservation during peak times. We went on a Tuesday and it was not crowded. Service was impeccable and the good delicious. Came highly recommended by friends and it didn’t disappoint.

A wonderful little find in Spencer NC. Small intricate setting. Good list of adult beverages. The food was wonderful. The service is great! After my husband knocked over his beer into my lap , they were there immediately with a towel to mop up me and the table. I would recommend reservations, but when we went Saturday, because the weather was lovely that day, they were not super busy. They also do takeout. Go, you will not b be disappointed

Located across from the NC Transportation Museum in Spencer. It’s an authentic Italian restaurant that you can go to with a date or have a large party at. There are 8 or 9 tables so you get attention from the Ray/Nero family. Make sure to ask what the weekly specials are and we’d really suggest making a reservation if you come. We highly recommend!!

My mom came to visit this weekend and I did not want to take her to a chain restaurant. I asked a friend if she had any suggestions and she suggested taking her to Pinocchio’s. We had a wonderful experience. I loved the atmosphere and the food was excellent! I ordered the crab and shrimp ravioli and tiramisu for dessert. I will definitely be back!

Food is great and I’m not even that into Italian cuisine. Service is excellent! The interior atmosphere of this historic building gives off a very authentic Italian vibe. I probably wouldn’t have even recognized that had I not just recently visited Venice. My only recommendation would be to enhance the ambience with traditional Italian music.

Had the bracciole and pasta but was a little disappointed. Sauce was watery like they didn’t drain the noodles and was given a very small portion. Salad with Italian dressing was adequate and the cabernet was good. Over all, a little too pricey for the presentation. Nice ambience though.

One of my favorite Italian restaurants in North Carolina. It may have a limited numbe of options, but the recipes were great! Definitely recommend, though the dining area is limited, so make sure that your party has room available beforehand.
