This restaurant open recently , I always want to support new business in Balch Springs . I invited my mom and we had lunch there . Food was amazing , service too. We had the green chicken enchiladas plate and chile verde pork plate . We liked the hot sauce , to drink , the tamarind fresh drink . We can’t wait to go back and tried more foods , the menu for breakfast looks delicious . They are incorporating ceviche and whole fried tilapia . I did ask if they would sell alcohol , the owner response was that , they need to be in business for 30 days , before applying for the license . They come from Seattle, Washington. This place recently open. This is 100% authentic Mexican food. I had the green enchiladas, my daughter had the taco plate and my husband had the consomé de borrego. Everything was delicious!!!!! Decent amount food serve. 10/10

I walked inside this fine dinner and was welcomed warmly by I believe his name was Amaury. I was on lunch break having a very long day but his kind heart and great jokes made my day! Adding to that the food was absolutely astonishing, and the agua tasted so fresh! Every single bite popped a firework in my mouth full of flavors. Absolutely deliciouso 10/10 recommend to dine here with you’re friends and family!

If you’re hungry for mexican food you need to try this place. We ordered their specialty- Baja tacos which tasted so good and the torta cubana was pretty good too. I love that their aguas frescas are made out of fresh ingredients, that’s a plus. The owners and staff are really nice and make you feel welcome. Overall I recommend.

My husband and I decide to check out this place since it’s close to home and they newly opened. We definitely will come back! We got the carne asada plate which was delicious and we had some horchata, so refreshing! All of their agua frescas are 100% natural. The service was great as well!

In order the chilaquiles and they were very good sauce in then perfect point of spicy and flavor it was only missing a side maybe beans or maybe you order the side extra. But besides that I highly recommend eating here.
