Well wow… I understand why there is a majority of 1 stars. The customer svc at this location is horrendous. The manager (young black man who states he’s in college and “this job means nothing to him”) was totally unprofessional, argumentative and should not be working in customer svc. There was a sign in the drive thru indicating a meal included 8pcs of chicken, 2 large mashed potatoes and 1 large coleslaw for $24.99 which is what we asked for. The person in the drive thru stated she could not honor that price and that we were reading the sign wrong. We explained that again what we were reading was on their drive thru menu. Mr. Sassy… excuse the “manager” walks out the back door of the restaurant where the drive thru was located to look at the sign and proceeded to suck his teeth and roll his eyes and stated the signage was wrong and he could not honor the price. We went to the window and asked why that price could not be honored and told Mr. Manager his attitude was not necessary. We do not work at KFC and could not possibly know the sign was incorrect. By this time the manager is throwing out insults and inappropriate to the point where he was slobbering out of his braces. The issue was not the price but the principle and how this “manager” was totally unprofessional. He should not be public facing at all.

This was the worst experience in fast food in my life. Only the woman seemed to know what was going on. Drive thru was crazy. People coming inside mad they did get their order or it was wrong. It took 30 minutes fous to get our food inside and it was raw and inedible. Never go back

Store employees were very friendly and ready to take your order. Also were very informative on where the condiments were and if you didn’t see what you wanted to let them know and they would get it for you. Another employee came out and done with us for a few minutes while he was making sure everything was clean in the sitting area. Very enjoyable experience.

Worst food chain around! Horrible food and service. And when you call to let them know THEY made a mistake they wanna scream at you. As a fellow fast food worker I would never for one be so rude and nasty but I wouldn’t serve ANYONE old nasty food you can’t even bite into! This place needs to be shut down ASAP! or they need to FIRE EVERYONE AND START OVER!! This place is just ridiculous!!!

Kinda irritated… ordered an 8 piece and got 6 pieces of chicken and instead of them replacing what they didn’t have(if that was the case) they just left it out shorting the customer. Look it was not my fault yall inconvenienced me by not having the chicken so extra legs or a leg and a thigh would have been fine I don’t eat the legs my son does but just cause u don’t eat the wings don’t mean u short the customer. 8 pieces is two wings two legs two thighs and two breast I didn’t get wings. No call no effort to make up for the missing wings nothing. Spent 40 bucks to get shorted on my meal.

Terrible!!!! My husband and I ate there last night and I instantly got sick! I had a fever and real bad stomach pains! Now my husband has it! The food was terrible, service were horrible! As we was at the window ordering we smelled a strong odor coming from inside the restaurant. We had to pull up and wait forever and we were the only ones in line! This place needs new employees or needs to shut down all together!

90 percent of the time original recipe chicken is hard and cold. Slaw has too much juice in it and biscuits are subpar. Mash and gravy is the only thing that’s consistent. I try with this place because I live here but I’m going back to Laurens where they get it right 75 % of the time. Terrible,!
