This is thee absolute WORST Taco Bell I have ever been too and the workers are beyond rude. Serving old hard chicken on tacos and when the nacho fries were out I requested a fresh batch and got told they would not do it until the next 45 minutes comes because I guess that’s when there dropped. I will never in my life eat here again! Terrible

I went to this Taco Bell to get my wife lunch. She’s allergic to tomatoes and I requested no tomatoes on all the food. They ended up putting tomatoes all over everything. Then when I called to get a refund, the manager hung up on me 3 times. Worst service I’ve ever had. Not to mention the food that was right, was falling apart and cold. I offered to bring all of the food back and they told me they could only remake the food, after you’ve hung up on me why would I ever actually want you to make me food again. You’ve shown me you’re disrespectful and not to mention, but they argued with me about “I put the cheese cup in the bag” when they really DID NOT. How can you be a manager if you’re such a disgusting human being. 10/10 would not recommend .

Waited almost a half hour inside to get food…10 minutes to place order then another 15-20 minutes to get food…unreal, fast food? You can’t even rate the service because I did it on my own on a kiosk, and then sat there and waited for someone to call my name…they make MILLIONS of dollars a year, hire some people, and pay them enough to want to stay….customer service? 0

So I am writing this with a queasy feeling because, as with most businesses, 96.8% of the employees are amazing, hard-working, and helpful. Prior to my last visit I doordashed and ate here regularly and was always well taken care of and I hope in most cases I was polite in return.

After work I was hungry and looking for something that had some type of nutritional value. I stopped at Taco Bell. I ordered a Crunch Wrap with a Mango tea. It came with a regular taco. I also ordered Cinabons for desart. I pulled up to the drive through; my wait time was about two minutes. The young lady who took my order on the speaker was very nice; and took my order correctly. By the time I got to the window and paid for my food, she was handing me my order. I received everything I needed, sauce, napkins, etc…My food was hot, and delicious. The Mango tea was awesome. Fast, friendly, and delicious! Were my results. I recommend this Taco Bell to everyone in need of deluciousness.

Ordered 6 soft shell tacos and it was like they whipped them in the bag it was so messy, I don’t know if somebody was having a bad day or what but there was taco stuff everywhere like a big bag of slop. I mean how do sauce packets end up on top of your taco come on.
