I’m going back for the pizza, but the shaved ice? Top notch chefs kiss it was so good after a hot day on barr trail. Mike and Eddy were so nice and make their own syrups from unique ingredients. Can’t wait to go back.

Just tried for first time in Manitou Springs. Pizza was hot, crust not too thick, and delicious toppings. Ordered with sausage and almost all the veggies. Ed is super nice and the place inside has one bistro table and benches. Super cool place with family/small business vibe! Please support small businesses!

Best pizza in town. Perfect handmade crust and the toppings were very good. We enjoyed talking with the chefs mother while waiting for our delicious pizza. My picky kids even loved the pizzas. Do yourself a favor and try the pizza.

Great Find with Fantastic Pizza! I’ve paid way more for far worse in Denver, walk right past Hells Kitchen Pizza and up on the right you’ll find this gem, be prepared to take it to go, the place is small, but definitely worth it!

All I can say is wow. One of the best pizzas I have had. We got one with vegan cheese and it was the best non-dairy cheese I have had. You would think it was regular cheese. And the rest of the pizza was just as good. Definitely will be making Manitou Baked our go to pizza place. Keep up the good work Eddie!

AMAZING!! this is the only pizza place you should be visiting in Manitou if you want quality ingredients and good vibes. the owner is super cool and you can tell he really puts his all into his business! i got a pizza w red sauce, hot green chilies, red onion, capers, and kalamata olives! so delicious. i 10/10 recommend this business to any locals or anyone visiting! Ps. sourdough crust is DELICIOUS!!! never had anything like this pizza.

We ordered a veggie pizza first. His pies are generously topped with all the veg we asked for. Chewy crust and not too much dough. BTW, I have seen Ed making the dough. Does the real home made approach.

Tried 3 different pizza places around area, this one takes the cake!! Super friendly, great flavor. Location isn’t on the main drag but if you want good pizza to take back to your place visiting definitely give this guy a shot! Best presentation I have seen for a pizza also!
