We’ve enjoyed Domino’s for years and were glad to see one in Alpena. We’ve ordered from them many times and unfortunately won’t be doing so anymore. The quality started off great but lately we’ve been getting soggy pizza, lack of toppings, salad that has gone so bad it’s inedible, etc. First time we figured it was a fluke and were patient, but it’s become a regular thing. Even worse they ask you for feedback and when we gave it to them, no response at all. It’s a shame because when they have quality control it’s really good, but I can’t justify spending good money to get bad food from a business that doesn’t care on the off chance I get a decent order again.

Had the BEST experience! I called from 2000 miles away, and started my order. It was for an Alpena delivery. The guy on the phone was awesome, giving me a chance at saving money and getting MORE, and then on top of everything else, it was delivered HOT and on time, to the Deeds office in town. The service was perfect, and according to the ladies, hot and delicious. Top performance!!!
