Gluten free crust is any size you want it is a thin crust almost like a cracker crust but not as crunchy. It was very good, one of the best I have had!

I had an absolutely wonderful time eating at E.Milanos! We came a little earlier in the day when it was quiet and had probably the biggest gluten-free pizza we have ever had at any pizza restaurant. 10 out of 10 would recommend coming back just for that gluten-free pizza. Everyone else serves a medium, something like a 9 to 10 in maybe. My eyes could deceive me but this was closer to a 12-in pizza. Well done! The service was great and it looks to be family owned and run which only adds to the appeal. A little hole in the wall that I would come back to again!

The chicken Alfredo was amazing! We liked the buffalo pizza, a little hard on the sauce but over all it was great. You have to order at the counter but it’s not necessarily a problem. Pretty cheap and came out pretty fast. The place is nice a homey overall, the decor was nice and tame. Pretty great place, would recommend for people looking for nice Italian pizza. Pretty cool

Amazing pizza and handmade breads ticks. The pizza here is a bit of a thinner style, if you have eaten pizza in Europe you will be familiar with the thickness. The crust is perfectly crisped to a gorgeous golden brown that makes your mouth water when they put it in front of you. The pasta is also great so I know they have a chef with real skills behind the scenes. The staff is awesome and I highly recommend dining in.

This was my first time ordering their service. I ordered a supreme pizza and hot wings. The order came on time. Pizza didn’t have enough sauce. It was very dry! Wings cold and not fresh. The only pizza place to order in the 37214 zip code is Fox Pizza. Don’t waist your money on ordering from this restaurant! The food isn’t fresh and not worth the price!

My pasta was very dry, and my shrimp was over cooked and the helping of the pasta wasn’t much at all. I ordered fried ravioli and it was frozen when it was brought out to me. When I arrived I wasn’t even acknowledged. Everything is basically frozen. The cheese sticks was okay!

Stopped in on a Saturday evening with my college-aged son. The dining room was orderly but empty. I’m sure they do mostly take-out orders so not that surprising. Still, a little human energy would have been nice. We received prompt and courteous service. Ordered garlic knots and a large meat lovers pizza. Received the knots in 10 or 12 minutes – reasonable for freshly baked items – and it was a generous serving for the price. The marinara was a bit underwhelming, with a bit of a canned tomato soup vibe, but the garlic knots were fresh and delicious. Pizza arrived hot and fresh. It was very good. Adequate toppings, and kind of a bready outer crust. Dave Portnoy would undoubtedly call it a “football” pizza. Darn good value at $15.99. Large meat lovers, garlic knots, and one Coke… Under $25. Not bad at all. Had three slices left to take home to boot. The parking lot is a bit sketchy with cracks and potholes and the liquor store next door had piles of empty boxes out front – not the greatest curb appeal – but overall there’s a lot to like about E Milano’s. They had a large menu of non-pizza items too. And yes, several take-out orders were served up while we were there. If I lived in the area I’d definitely be a regular customer.

This place has become my go to location for pizza or pasta. While the ambience is nothing special the food is amazing. Always fresh, well prepared and delicious. I recently tried their onion rings appetizer and they too were delicious. The lasagne is one of my favorites but I have enjoyed everything I’ve ordered here. Run by a very nice family too.

E. Milan is in Nashville: Excellent food! We came in during the week that the North American Irish Dance national competition was in town and they got slammed. But they handled the demand pretty well despite unexpected technical difficulties. Greek salads were great (Romaine not iceberg ). Eggplant Parmigiana was super tasty along with the pizza margherita. Definitely recommend!

Such an amazing staff that was so accommodating for our first time out with our newborn son. The food was great with probably some of the best freshest breadsticks I’ve had and really good Alfredo!
