The worker who took my order is a very convincing seller.. today i went to this domino’s to get the stuffed cheese bread. I only wanted cheesy bread. I only asked for cheesy bread. But then the worker asked me what i wanted to drink and i asked him “do i have to get a drink?” And he just stared at me like i was some kind of bug on the wall like a spider or speaking an alien language but he basically peer pressured me into buying an orange soda :'( idk if i misheard him or if he misheard me but whatever i guess. I just ordered from this dominos while me and my girlfriend were house sitting out in cda for her parents. Whenever I order pizza I put “write a joke on box” in special instructions for a bit of fun. And apparently a “Julissa” working there is having a bad night because she called me saying she would write a joke on the box if I gave her a tip which is a definite no no. I deliver for doordash and I also have the common sense to know you don’t call your customer to ask for a tip. We had $10 in cash for a tip actually in case she reads this but I decided the service wasn’t $10 tip worthy 🙂 not to mention inside the box she wrote “Joke: getting tipped” so yeah maybe treat your job like your job or don’t work there! Thanks 🙂

The service was good. Took 30 minutes to get a pizza served inside, priced large on special for 6.99 but then was told the price hadn’t been updated yet so it was more, asked for parmeson and red pepper packets and paid 2.50 for mini shakers as it is now an additional cost.

The hayden store was closed 2 hours earlier then this store so tried to order from the cda store. Which was literally a 3 mile radius. From where I was and they claimed they ” wouldn’t deliver that far. Even though I offered to pay a extra delivery fee for a “inconvience’ there’s nothing open. Right now. And the manager claimed they wouldn’t go 3 miles. Literally TERRIBLE customer service. How can you guys even run a business off such shjt service.

The people are courteous they try to get the pizzas done and do it to the best of their ability, I always leave my tip because I know they don’t make a whole lot of money here now. But for the most part it’s a good Experience.

The food is good, but this location has horrible customer service. I’ve had many issues with ordering on their app. If I am mobile, there is no other way to order and they say if I can’t get into my account, then I can’t have my discounts. Dumb and their kind of rude about it. Then today, I ordered $30 worth of food. I kept trying through their app and it glitched out every time when ordering the pasta. Used a computer and somehow managed to get Alfredo on pasta instead of the marinara my daughter wanted. The girl that answered the phone was absolutely rude and said it was the way the order was placed and could care less. I will not go back to this location. I would be completely understanding if they were nice about anything, but this location lacks the meaning of customer service.
