Can’t say enough good things about this location and their staff. They always welcome you with open arms and always check in touch w ask how everything is. The food is delicious especially the nachos. I’ve witnessed first hand how rude some customers can be and yet the staff handled themselves with absolute professionalism. Marissa, Cynthia, Denar and the rest of the staff are phenomenal. They got a customer for life here.

We usually love senor taco and are regular customers but we were very disappointed with our experience and how we were treated. Im never one to leave a review, especially a bad one. However, I ordered 2 pitchers of passion fruit margaritas which was not cheap, $61 each. We went to drink one of them and As we were going to pour out our first 2 glasses, we saw there was a dead fly floating in our drink. When we went to let the manager know that we could not drink the pitcher due to the dead insect, they did not do anything and said they need to review the cameras to see what went wrong. It’s disappointing to think they wouldn’t offer to correct they’re wrong immediately in some type of way. We would have been more than happy to return the bottle, and just receive another in exchange. But to think we have to wait for corporate to review footage, and see if they can spot a fruit fly entering the bottle is excessive. The manager told us someone from corporate would follow up tomorrow, but at the point how does that us salvage our valentine’s day night?

We used to eat there frequently then a year ago the food quality and service declined significantly. We ordered takeout and it was not made properly, was missing items and included stale and soggy chips. The next week we went in person and were disappointed yet again and the manager was very nasty, charging us for drinks that we returned as they were made very poorly. Several months go by and we decide to give them 1 more shot. Ordered takeout and the baja tacos were dry, overcooked shrimp and no sauce. Nor did they include sauce on the side. And they forgot the chips and salsa. STRIKE 3, we will never return. I go to Mount Sinai Senor Taco and they are outstanding every time. Such a shame. We are locals in the neighborhood and are so disappointed in the decline of food quality and service (manager). They lost good, frequent local customers after several chances to get it right.

Stopped in for a bite last night .Always love the food here the chicken tortilla soup is out of this world. I cannot step foot back into this establishment the way i was just treated. Tried explaining to manager over phone that service was horrible had to rip a napkin in half. Waitress asked us how everything was when we had a soda and water on table but once she dropped food all at once who wants to eat nachos and soup together she never came back only to drop check. Place is not that big she was more concerned about cleaning up then she was attending to her tables!!! When i tried to call and explain today because the manager wasn’t even there last night he could care less and tried twisting everything around and said nothing he could do told him I was gonna write a review and he could care less.I wonder if the owner really knows the type of employees he has running his business. Problem with this generation they could care less.I actually got into my car and drove there and i got the same carefree attitude!!!!I really hope the owner sees this and responds because unlike this kids now adays they have no clue about a unhappy customer could go a long way many more unhappy customers. I will tell all my friends and neighbors out here to never go into this place again unless i get a response and orapology for how i was treated!!!

come for the food and margaritas and stay for the atmosphere and most importantly the people… dennar, cynthia and marissa are amazing, they all go above and beyond, we became “regulars” after two visits, the staff remembered things about us and our jobs/lives… i only go to this location because of the staff, they’re the best!
