Absolute WORST customer service! Weve been waiting in line for over 20 minutes for 2 tacos and a mexican pizza. Employee is horrific with customer service!! Still waiting!! Do better Taco Bell. No thank you or anything said!! Everything is all DIRTY! Even the napkins! Also, the employee is working someone elses name! Do NOT support this place!

This has happened every time I try here, they always get it wrong and always fill it with lettuce instead of anything else I ask for. I order 2 soft tacos with meet, cheese, and sour cream yet there was no sour cream. It tasted as mayo and was disgusting. I have never been so disappointed. Whoever made this needs to go back to training.

I usually come to this Taco Bell around 2-3 am on the weekends such as Friday or Saturday Night. The food is always fresh and well made. Usually I order Gorditas, mexican pizzas, and Dorito and original hardshell Tacos. You have to try this Taco bell! One of the best ones that I have tried in OKC!

First the dining room wasn’t open, which is about 50% of the time for any Taco Bell. Guess they can’t get enough of their drop outs to come to work anymore. So I had to wait in line for my mobile order. Then they tell me they are out of Baja Blast, Mtn. Dew, and Dr. Pepper. How is this possible? Also I tried to leave a review on their website but it requires the store number, which they conveniently leave off the receipt now.

Worst experience at this location first I drove up to the window waited a good 5mins before I decided to say hello and I was met with a rude tone saying I will be with you after waiting longer I had to turn my car off once the speaker got on she was beyond rude I asked about the 5 dollar box she then proceeded to say the closest thing they had was a five layer burrito with cinnamon twist I said for 5 bucks you only get two things she replied yes then corrected her self and said it’s a crunchy taco as well sweetheart and proceeded to call me sweetheart throughout the rest of are interaction once I was done ordering I waited in line longer after thinking why would I give my money to this establishment with such rude customer service so I slowly pulled around the car who was waiting as well and saw the window person hunched over the counter on her phone like wow Taco Bell please retrain your employees at this location and this is a classic situation of if you don’t like your job quit. And I took my business to McDonald’s down the street twice as much money but way better customer service.

I have gone to this TB for a while i usually get the bell grande meal with a taco or the 3 taco meal. Always order extra meat since there’s NEVER enough meat and you get 90% taco shell (costs way more than necessary for MAYBE 1/2 – 1 extra scoop) and the last 3-4 times I’ve gone there there’s NEVER extra meat, sorry but if I pay for it I want the extra meat. So today when I ordered I specifically said that the last 3-4 times I’d been there and ordered extra meat on both items (bell grande and taco) that it hadn’t been done and asked that they make sure since I’m being charged for it that there’s extra meat. At the window they assured it was done and manager checked. I get back to the office and the taco had extra meat but as you can see in the pic I’ve attached (I’ve even moved the chips around) the nachos were 90% chips with very little toppings and definitely hardly any meat. The chips also tasted bitter and old. I called and spoke with the manager she explained she made my order herself and knows there’s plenty of meat on the nachos I said on the taco yes but not the nachos she also explained the chips were made this morning (absolutely no way). She did offer to remake my food or refund which is nice but the fact this keeps happening is ridiculous. We order a taco or nachos we don’t just want a shell or chips!! 3-4 opportunities to correct this is more than generous, and considering there’s numerous other reviews with this same problem says this TB needs to make some changes.

This location is horrible 10350 I-44, Oklahoma City, OK 73159. I order a chicken quesadilla and a Crunchwrap Supreme. I ordered online to save time and the lobby was closed when I asked about the lobby being closed I was told it just depends on who the manager is on that day depends on what they open it. So I had to wait in line anyways. Than the crunchwrap I ordered had no meat it was filled with lettuce, sour cream and cheese. I would not recommend this location at all.

Stooped in on way to work yesterday. Ordered 2 bean burritos and 2 soft tacos. The bean burritos were extra small and the soft tacos had no veggies. Called them up and they told me they were out of lettuce. Well lettuce is the main ingredient usually , so u can imagine how miserably small they were as well. Horrible. Do not go here!!!
