Been coming here for years, because it’s convenient for a W big box store. They used to be pretty good. Then post pandemic, service fell of a cliff. Thought I’d give it a while, about a year, to see. Nope, it seems like they only have 2 employees. The drive-thru was closed. Went inside and the the floor was dirty, place was empty, soda machine was out of just about everything, and I’m guessing kitchen order printer is down as the guy at the grill kept asking everyone what they ordered. Food quality was OK, frys were stale, burgers were cooked so that’s one thing. Seems like I’ll be giving them another try next year.

Absolutely the worst location in Orlando. They never have anything on the menu and slow as molasses with the worst customer service. They need to shut this location down, find better employees, get all items on the menu and online, the start over.

This Burger King is absolutely disgusting we walked out after we noticed the black mold on the ceiling tiles as that is a health issue in itself, and the service was horrible they were short handed and the guy running the register was angry and rude.

1st of all there was no help in the facility to be found. When they did approach me it was 5 minutes later. I got my order in and I tried to select a table that was not dirty unfortunately. There was no term tables that were not dirty second the windows were so nasty they looked like they haven’t been cleaned in over A month The parking lot had trash in the parking . But I’ll give the manager praise she had to deal with no help. And she was very courteous.

The most filthiest and most ratchet Burger King I have ever seen. Decided to visit this location to tutor my client. We bought coffee and about 4 of the breakfast meals to dine in and enjoy. We were given paper bags and told that all of the for here meal trays were dirty. So I respectfully asked if they could be cleaned, and eventually after speaking with a manger I received one. Next customer came in and was also denied a tray bc they were dirty. Ignored the ignorance and continued with my client (quietly and calmly testings and reviews on laptops), we overhear loud and obnoxious management discussing her surgeries and someones inappropriate relationship matters. Overlooked looked that, being that were in a fastfood restaurant. Finally my client completed the first test review and we realized that it was lunchtime, we ordered 4 more meals for lunch an incompetent baffoon came to us and told us to go to a different burger king, just seconds after purchasing our meals. Thought this to be rather rude. They didn’t wear name badges, their clothing looked as of they received them from a dumpster, we had to clean our own table. It was just not the Burger King standard I’m used to. It was more of an horrible backyard cookout vibe. Found roaches running around in the restrooms. No professionalism whatsoever, however I did want to appreciate people who look like me. They made it hard. Burger King you can do better than this.

Ashley and another of the girl employees attend me today. I was greeted with great attitude from both and even recommended trying food in a different way. Food was so fresh I came back for another order. One of the best BKs I been to. All drive thru employees should be this well when dealing with customers and customer service.

This location has gone down hill BIG time!! Workers spend more time talking and playing around than getting the job done. Literally almost everyone’s order is wrong and people have to wait longer than what they already have. Most of the time the drive thru is closed because they are “short staffed”. You wait literally 10-15min just to place your order when you’re inside the restaurant. Change of mgmt is DEFINITELY needed. If not, just close this location!!!
