I was super excited about the Lo Mein bc it looked great but the taste was very weird. The texture was off and it didn’t taste like noodles…I wish I could explain it but it was disgusting. The Teriyaki chicken was delicious though and I would order the BBQ pork again. The employees did not speak English, and kept saying “yes” when I asked multiple times what the hours were. The portion size was also off, he piled a lot of noodles in the big section then put a scoop of each meat on top instead of putting the meat in the two designated sections.

Lady had the audacity to point out i didn’t tip. You’re doing your job and nothing extra other than giving me lip. Gtfo. I used to sweat and slave as an actual server and i know when to tip…. this ain’t it. Big thumbs down.

Prices listed are not what they charge. Also, the lady serving the food must not speak English really. I spexifically asked for junior entree and had my two kids with us. I told her several times that it was a junior entree (because it comes with a drink). She got me a 2 item combo. Was going to buy a drink becausw of that but they were charging more than the menu price.

I have been to a few Chinese Gourmets and this is by far the worst one. They were out of literally everything they served. The cook had to make more noodles to accommodate the couple who cut me off and me. I got a 2 entree dinner with noodles. The noodles tasted like straight up sesame oil and had no veg in it like its supposed to. The couple who cut me off got the very last bourben chicken and when I asked if they could make more she said “no, no it takes to long to make” and forced me to get the spicy chicken instead. The orange chicken didn’t taste anything like I’m used too either. The cook threw in a couple egg rolls to make it better but when I bit into it, it was cold in the middle. It was all terrible. Hopefully I don’t get food poisoning from the nasty spicy chicken and egg rolls that had been sitting in the heated pan for who knows how long. I am a fan of Chinese Gourmets food, especially for it being mall food, but this was severely disappointing. What a waste of a drive and $9.

The food was ok, the Styrofoam box is one main and two sides but they scam you by putting the side in the main and the main in the sides. The server is spanish, the cook is black, wth is going on here?

The Spicy Bourbon Chicken has great flavor, and that was a smart way to lend some kick to a classic chicken recipe. Only complaint is it was dry. Sauce only helps so much. Great seasoning on the green beans though. Staff are nice.

Fried rice was extremely dry and not boiled. Jalapeno chicken is worse, chicken tasted old and full of bold soy sauce and not spicy at all. I have also found a piece of paper in the dish. Couldn’t take a picture. General Tso chicken is little better. They are keeping plastic cutlery and napkins with them and give it only when you ask with limited quantity. Please guys, make a better food for customer. We are not ordering it for free.
