6/30/2023, 1:10pm,I was planning to go through the drive-thru, but it was backed up 10+ cars. It should have been my first clue. Went inside and waited 14 minutes after ordering to get my Iralian chicken sandwich to go. I asked about 5 minutes after I waited,”Where my order?” the manager said, “We haven’t forgotten about you. ” 6 minutes later, she yells back. I need an Italian chicken . My fries sat in the bag the whole time I waited. No napkins, no apology. When I left, I literally had to weave my way through the people(10+) waiting on their orders.What has happened to this BK. It used to be awesome. Not anymore. It needs a complete clean out of employees. I used to eat here once a week, not anymore. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

By far the worst fast food restaurant chain I’ve ever been to. I got the chicken nugget meal and the nuggets were way too dry to even eat, the fries were wayyy too salty. Now I know why I’ve never eaten at burger king my whole life and I am never coming back here ever again. The nuggets were hard as a rock. By far the worst restaurant ever.

Bad business. Rude! Worse service ever. Drove through. Placed my order, didn’t confirm my order, no total, nothing on the screen. Didn’t even thank me or tell me to pull around. When I got my order I double checked the bag and only received one order of onion rings. I ordered two I let her know at the window. She told me they couldn’t fix my order because there were cars behind me. Bad Business!

I ordered a whopper Jr with fries meal. Large. They charged me for a small, when I got it the fries had about 10 in the whole container AND my coke was just over half way full. Not even. The staff was very rude and seemed to be distracted by anything else. Worst experience ever!

Sandwich sat in front of girl for 3 min as she was on her cell phone! Asked other employee if that was a personal call she was on and he quickly threw her under the bus. Then I asked her when she finally decided to put it on counter but still on her call if that sign above the register that says absolutely no cell phones on the floor was just for looks and she snapped like these “WOKE” children do now a days like rules don’t matter. I would fire her on the spot. And as far as the other employees speak up!
