I came in and paid on ebt. They charged me twice even though I told them they already charged me. I showed them the first charge so they wouldn’t charge me again but they refused to believe it. Then the second double charge and they said it would be reversed tomorrow. Tomorrow was 8/15. I’ve called in numerous times now. I keep not getting any manager return calls like I keep getting promised. This is getting ridiculous. I deserve a full refund for both orders at this rate. They owe me for all my time wasted.

The “keto pizza” is an awesome idea for us staying away from white flour, so we thought! And we found it not so bad except the large amount of cheese( extremely rubbery) vs small amount of veges disappointing and we were floored that this very small tray was 15.99 and literally fed 2 women. Not 8.

Tried to order online but it didn’t have a place to input a coupon I purchased from a local school fundraiser so I called in the order. When I arrived in store 45 minutes later the price was significantly different than quoted online. Questioned why and they said online pricing is different than in store. I asked if they would honor it, “shift leader” said nope. Asked them to go ahead and cancel my order and I will reorder online right there. Was told my pizzas weren’t ready anyways and then she got pretty snippy with me and so I canceled the whole order and left. Terrible customer service, not professional at all, will not be back.
