The employees are always very polite and have a great attitude but they lost stars with me because of always being out of something or the shake machine being down. I could have even dealt with that but when I got home and saw that my over $30 meal consisted of three sandwiches that looked like the picture I was a little upset and no one answered the phone. This was supposed to be a classic beef and cheddar, a classic roast beef, and the one pictured is the brisket sandwich. And I became sick after eating it! Mouse is to show just how small the sandwich was!

Wife and I stopped by about 5:30 on a Monday afternoon. As we entered the smell of rancid/burnt oil was very strong. As our plans were to have some fried food we left for Burger King next door to be greeted by the same smell.

Dead insects in the windows. Condiments were all empty. Store wasn’t clean. No kids for the cups. Staff was on their phones and didn’t really care to pay attention to you. Food wasn’t hot but “warm”.

I haven’t been here in years but the kiddos suggested here and it was quiet and I was in the mood for quiet. Staff was for real friendly and up beat. Food was fast. Meals were perfect temperature. Fries were just slightly cooler than I like but not cold or damp. Dinning area was perfectly clean and orderly.

I believe you get better service when you go inside than through the drive-through. They’re curly fries or hit-and-miss should always request fresh fries. The staff is friendly and inside is pretty clean for what I can tell.
