These employees do not take any pride nor respect for their customers. They don’t acknowledge you when you press the button. A simple “I’ll be with you in a few min” would be better then assuming that the system is not working properly after waiting for 20 to 30 min then either honk or wave down someone down then to get attitude from the carhop person, wow. Whoever is running that location must be disciplined or terminated. How can a District Mgr or Owner of this franchise accept this type of behavior.

Went in during happy hour to get some drinks for my employees, another car drove in behind me, and there were two cars in the parking lot, so a total of 4 cars. Customers were there, and the two cars that were there, the car hop was giving them their food, so I park and press the button, it took a good five minutes to answer the call, so finally an individual answers, later to find out. The manager, Mr rodriguez, I start ordering, mind u, I have ten employees, and I was pretty much going to get the same drink for everyone, cherry limeade, so ask, slush? I said sure, yes, and he says, call back when ready to order, and cuts me off, I’m there wondering wth just happened, I know, and I hear he answered the car next to me, and I say fudge this and start driving off. What really got me was that when I was on the other side driving off, the car hop comes out with a bag of ice, yes ice, he lost a $50 sale for ice… so I call and ask who’s taking orders. And he says I am, ok, ur name? Nada. Ok let me speak to the manager, he says I am the manager.. give ur name… at this point, yes I’m pissed, and I tell him what he did and he says, I’m short staffed and really busy.. are u serious? There is two cars there, another car and me, the other two had left by now, ok give me ur dms #, he says there isn’t anybody, just corporate, ok give me the number, and the punk tells me, it’s on the Menu…. dude worst employee ever, I know I’m only one person, but I will never eat at any stars ever, and I will damn make sure none of my family does either

I went at 2:00pm today and it was the worse service. I got yelled at 3 times by a girl on the speaker who wouldn’t let me finish saying my order she kept shaping at me “ok what else?!” “OK is that it?!” So I asked to speak to a manager when I’ve never had to do that at stars and when the manager did come outside she did not even care about the complain she just literally skipped back inside like if it’s normal to be treating customers like that. I didn’t go to stars to get yelled at for no reason.

Incompetent kids working here. I asked for two REGULAR burritos. What else could that mean to ya’ll? Cuz instead, I got two messy plates with everything neglectfully thrown all over the cardboard. NO Vegetables, NO cheese, NO chili (whatever)= REGULAR.

Went to order from here ordered 2 ultimate burger combos and a Xtra large hotdog at first the girl that brought in our food let us know price afterwards she forgot the hotdog so I reminded her she brought it in and apologized I got home and I’m a rush because I have to go in to work I check my bag and there’s a ton of fries and one bag of onion rings and no burgers
