The food was great and wasn’t disappointed in the slightest. The service was second to none. The hostess/server kept replenishing our chips and salsa without needing to be asked as with our drinks. Definitely 5 stars on both of those. The atmosphere…. I read another review that stated the place reeked of mold, I didn’t smell that. The place looks like a dive, but personally I don’t care about that. I thought the place had an odd layout but did not see anything to be alarmed about. The food and service more than made up for its appearance. Shout out to the hostess, she was great.

A classic Mexican food joint, this place serves up all the hits. Service was warm, plates were (very) hot, the food was completely serviceable, and the margarita was fine. We were never want for chips nor salsa, baskets promptly filled not a moment after seating. The hand-carved booth embellishments added a nice touch of ambience. I’d stop here again.

This place stinks inside like mold. Doesn’t look clean either. Bathrooms smelled so bad. No soap or hot water to wash with either. The food is awful. Drinks werent that good. Don’t waste your time or funds. Told the waiter my food was not good. He just shrugged his shoulders like he could careless.

Had lunch today. First time eating here in many years. The Burrito Fajita was filled with fresh ingredients and a lot of shrimp. The service was good. The menu is very large.

Plaza Jalisco was disappointing. We were there on Saturday night and there was nobody in the restaurant which was not a good sign. The server came around every 30 minutes and she was not good about making sure we had what we wanted. We ordered Chicken Enchiladas and Chicken Taquitos. The Enchiladas were covered in cheese and didn’t taste like anything. However, the Chicken Taquitos were the best that I’ve had! Overall, we wouldn’t come back here again.

Food was eh. They put a ton of cheese on my tamale that tasted like water, the chimichangas were better as a kid. Best part was the beans, salsa & chips. Please take a duster to the ceiling it’s very dusty & lots of web’s hanging over customers while eating.

Hadn’t eaten at this location in Chehalis in many years and yet the service was excellent and the food is still overall decent! The salsa was a bit watery and it didn’t seem like there cheese enchiladas were fully cooked all the way, because the cheese inside wasn’t hot enough to be melted stretchy cheese, it had more of brick cheese feel that was warmed up enough to be softened but not fully melted. So I would say this location is good but is one notch below the Kelso and Napavine locations food and salsa!

They have the best Mexican food around and the servers are always so friendly. I used to live in the area and now live up towards Tacoma. Made a special hour and a half trip just for the food. So nummy. Totally worth it. 100% recommended.
