Food was awesome. We ordered 2 mixed taco bowls and 1 beef quesadilla. I only gave four stars because we requested extra white sauce and we feel that was not honored. Other than that, the bowl was amazing. The price was very fair.

Quick ordering; pull up right to the counter and order (you can ask for a menu!) then continue around to the cash register line to pay. Even with a line curving around the back and then out the door, you’ll be out in ten minutes.

Dario’s is my go to lunch spot! It’s a small gem! I always get the chicken taco salad but everything is delicious! The owner has a spectacular memory and the service is great! He mainly has chicken now probably due to inflation but it’s soooo good! The place is small so if you choose not to sit and eat please take something to go, you will not be disappointed! I go at least twice a week when I can.

The place looks like what I imagine a food truck to look like. Deep fried grease smeared on the walls with a constant mess of food everywhere. It looked really raunchy in there to be honest. But my instinct told me that the rounchiness would make a good bowl. The food tasted like a mid food truck. It was alright at best. My stomach instantly hurt after. This was a solid 4/10 would not return.

I’ve been going there for a few years now. I’ve only ever gotten one thing because there’s no reason to try anything else because it’s so good. The chicken taco bowl! They’re famous for it and rightfully so. It can get pretty busy during lunchtime so I’d recommend ordering ahead of time cuz the wait can be very long at times. Besides the long wait, I’d recommend this place to everyone. Nice, friendly service too.

While the cooking area looked a little… chaotic, bordering on seemingly messy, they do some of the best seasoning for a burrito. And the little platter they give you, makes for a cheap, really tasty and filling meal

Dario’s is one of my favorite places to eat. I absolutely love the tex-mex bowls. The food is always good and the owner is so nice and down to earth. I have an allergy to corn and they’re able to accommodate me with that.

Dario’s is one of my favorite places in Newark. The chicken taco salad is my favorite thing to get. It gets really busy at lunch but they do a great job of keeping the line moving even when it gets busy. It’s a family run business, Dario mans the grill as his family assists and runs the counter. There’s a lot of great small business’s in this part of Newark, but Dario’s may be the best.
