The reason for the “two stars” is because the order taker was VERY rude. I went inside to order a personal pan pizza which I was advised the restaurant was out of. I was very disappointed of course, which was expressed. Didn’t catch her name but she wears glasses, and has long dark hair (black). She goes to explain to me that I can purchase a small pizza. Confused why I could buy a small pizza but not a personal pizza I went ahead and agreed on a small meat lovers. At this point I’m trying to change the tone in the conversation and as she’s asking me for a phone number and my name her tone is unfriendly. She seemed frustrated and no longer wanting to take my order. As an order taker or employee you should always remain friendly and helpful towards your customers and guests. I didn’t get that at all. I sat down to wait for my order and she comes over to the table I was sitting at to ask was I dining in or taking to go (once again in a rude tone) . Once my order was ready she slams my pizza down on the table, asks if I needed my menu. Snatches the menu off the table and slams it down at the front menu station. Apparently this tone and attitude was just with me because another customer (a Caucasian male) came in and she was polite, friendly and smiling. Will not be coming back.

Service was absolutely horrible.. food the same. We sat for over a half hour waiting for new pizzas to come out. Finally seen them in the window and the lady let them sit there for another 10 mins. Will not be going back for the buffet

Absolutely freezing in the building. Asked the lady named Morgan if she could turn the heat up and she rudely told me she couldn’t. Even though all the guests AND WORKERS were clearly freezing. Poor workplace environment. I can’t imagine working under Morgan. I’d be ashamed to be her. NEW MANAGEMENT PLEASE!
