I was staying at Embassy Suites because our power was out. I had never heard of Sorrento’s, but I was very pleasantly surprised. “The Big Fat Greek” pizza was delicious! I loved everything about it: tomatoes, feta cheese, and spinach. I want another one right now 🙂

The pizza is good and fresh but I’m disappointed that aside from the tomatoes I threw away this salad comes with wayyy too much lettuce two small slices of meat and one slice of provolone cheese. Waste of money I could’ve went to Perry street grill up the street and had a salad worth my money and I will next time.

Ordered a large pizza around and bread around 5pm for carry out, was told 25 minutes. We got there and paid at the drive thru window 20 minutes later and were told to pull up and wait for it to brought out. After 15 minutes waiting, pulled back to the drive through window since no one was behind us and it was getting late. A different person opened the window and asked who the order was for, only to tell us we hadn’t paid for it. After telling him we did and he checked, he grabbed our order that had been sitting for the past 10 minutes. If we hadn’t gone back to the window to check on our order we probably would’ve been waiting indefinitely, and on top of that they were extremely rude and the onions tasted like a dirty refrigerator.

Melanie is going to continue make this great pizza place go out of business. They way that she talks to people, and tell them that they are liar’s aren’t cool. There’s too many food places around here, to be treated like my money is ok to be wasted. I dislike gummy pizza and the nerves of her to tell me the sauce made it that way, I asked for extra sauce and there were hardly none. Poor customer service and hygiene!!!

I had never ever ordered & my family and I were actually happy to try it out! However, we called and the lady who answered was extremely rude and seemed to be bothered! I was going by the menu online and EVERYTIME I begin to say something she was very rude and sarcastic about my address, about the sandwich I was ordering JUST OVERALL! One customer review may not matter BUT they definitely lost a customer! I do not recommend based off location!

We used to order from here all the time. A while ago they started burning the fish so we stopped ordering. Then we decided to give them another chance. It was all good then one day I picked it up they didn’t give me any bread with my fish dinner. We stopped ordering again. Now this was my very last chance to give them. And what do they do? They forgot my bread and put NO sauce on our coleslaw. They won’t give a refund they won’t come get this burnt nasty food they delivered we ALWAYS tip good. We always try so hard to be decent people but they have ripped us off time and time again. We will NOT be returning. I would rather get hungry howies. I am very very unhappy with the customer service at this establishment.

We just adore this place, it’s our go-to pizza in an area with a lot of quality places around. Pizza sauce is just perfect, not too sweet, not too tangy. Fast, not too expensive, and they even have a drive through window. Cannot recommend enough.
