We ordered off the value menu and was not asked if he wanted the dessert offered with it. The uptown facility is quite different than the downtown and the others dining in were very loud and used profanity alot. Not an enjoyable experience!

My mom and I came here for blizzards today. They were delicious and thick. The employee who made our blizzards even turned them upside down to show us how thick they were. Service was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly and the restaurant was very clean.

Lobby was supposed to open at 11am we showed up at 11:25 doors were locked. Employees came in and opened the door, however qe had to pick the chairs up and put them on the floors ourselves. The lady helping us did not know how to use the machine and did not give any of us drink cups. We had several people in our group and the rest of the employees stood their looking like deer in the headlights while we waited for a very long time just to get our order in….. would recommend a different dairy queen.

I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip with ketchup and ranch, an oreo blizzard, as well as an order of onion rings in the drive through. The woman on the mic was nice, but when i pulled to the window she glared and me and was very rude. When i got my food, there were 4 very small chicken strips, the blizzard was not full, and the ranches i got had curdled. i don’t know who the woman is but she was very unprofessional.

It was so terrible that we had to throw out food away. The burgers were cold and hard as a rock like they had been sitting out for a day. The fries were overly salted, the only thing we kept was out blizzards. Thank god for them!
