I drove 16 hours to come here. Could have taken my road trip somewhere else, but I really wanted to show this place to my wife. The food was amazing when I was here working for Super Bowl in February. All hours listed as normal everywhere. I arrive after my 16 hour drive only to find they’re gone. I look them up on Instagram and they posted to their story, only a couple of hours before, that they have been closed, and will continue to be closed until July 12th. So I messaged them to let them know all of their hours are listed as 4-11 and that I drove 16 hours to eat there and all they had to say was:

Pleasantly surprised to find this food truck right off the street. Easy to access. Set up for patio style dining. Scallops cooked perfectly. The lobster was a tad salty, but still enjoyable. Steak was also cooked and seasoned well. The veggies are cooked just enough. Not too soft or firm. The sauces are good too. All around, a great fusion truck treat!

so I found this spot watching a youtube video. so Im local and went to try it out. I was getting upset at the wait time seeing people come and go before me.took my plate home to eat. was thinking this better be worth the wait. first bite was scallops dipped in thier lightest color cream sauce. And “WOW” delicious. shrimp and lobster was good too but for my taste the scallops stole the show!
