What happened to this location? I ordered twice this week, both times the portions were tiny and the second time the PREMIUM add ons I paid extra for, specifically, were completely missing.

Disappointed in this sweet green location due to small portion size and poor customer service. We usually love sweetgreen and it’s a go to place for us when we are out and about and looking to grab a healthy and tasty meal… But we won’t be coming back to this location.

Absolutely HORRIBLE staff. We went yesterday July 24 around 8:30pm, the guy serving us was so bothered that we were ordering food, kept dumping the ingredients like it was trash , mixed it in a horrible way, with a big pouting face , no manners, argued with another employee because I asked if there was ranch dressing , used foul language ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND RUDE. We will never go to this branch again.

Day 2 or 3 since reopening. Very disappointing service. They did not have the main protein ingredient of the salad I ordered ready and had to wait until they cooked it. Staff appears to be still in training. They also were using whole foods-like boxes for the salads due to a “supply chain issue” on the regular bowls. service was very rushed and felt like I was ordering a $3 burger at the cheapest fast food joint and Not a premium healthy salad in downtown Bethesda. Overall, terrible experience and very disappointing. This store should be closely watched by the corporate team. They seriously dropped the ball compared to the times before the remodeling. Hopefully tables turn back to how it was. Now I’m crossing my fingers I don’t get a stomach flu from the rushed cooking of the protein in my salad. Lastly, store was unclean and messy.

Second time my Uber eats order was incorrect. First time they gave the driver the wrong order, second time my order was missing condiments. Not sure if it’s the Uber Eats drivers or the store.

They make very good salads the best to me in the dmv! But sometimes It depends on what server you get some of the newer ones throw your toppings into the bowl and sweet greens be not giving good portions of the top ends I do not like that. Lately they have been changing the romaine lettuce up and the lettuce don’t tatse as good so be mindful of this!

Good fresh made salad to order. Have stopped in a few times, each has met expectations. Interior is bright and open, customers able to see a lot of the operation in progress. Fare is good and prepared in front of you. Had the kale Caesar, even came with a nice slice of bread. Who knows, might even become a regular. Price for quantity and quality is on point.
