This place has gone down hill, I’d say the last 3-5 times I’ve been here in hopes of different results it has yet to change. Takes me 2 minutes to get home from the location. My coney was ice cold and the bun was soggy as if it had been sitting a while. The ice cream machine has been down the past 3 times as well, however McDonalds ice cream machine remains running flawlessly. Tonight will be the last time I return until I hear it’s gotten better and maybe I’ll rerun, better off taking the time and making my own at home.

I love sonic…but this location is always disappointing. Ordered a small chedr pepper, chicken sandwich, and tots…this is what I was given. Sad chicken…no mayo…and what the heck is up with the SINGLE chedr pepper and crusty bits I also asked for light ice in my drink and the ice was packed in. Ordered it on the app so I know there was no chance someone misheard me. Do better PLEASE.

The sonic in lovington NM. Is the worst Half of the spot. Do not work. The service sucks. You need new manager new crew. The food taste old. And they work when they want to. Would give a 0 star . Food was nasty, drinks were not what I paid for and the burrito didn’t have half the stuff it was supposed to. Gave them a try after years of not going there for the exact same reason and it didn’t change. Hello guys! So I came back hoping the experience would be better after giving up on them so long. Boy! I was wrong! I asked for 2 blasts, they said it was broken. No ice cream. I asked for a chicken slinger, no chicken slinger, so I moved to a classic chicken sandwich. I asked for onion rings, no onion rings so I moved to cheese fries. I was given chili cheese fries instead. I asked for two large orders of cheddar peppers with ranch. No ranch in the bag. I asked for Ranch and napkins. Alexis was the carhop according to our ticket because she wasn’t wearing a name tag. Horrible attitude. She walked off with a frustrated face. Brought 1 ranch for two LARGE orders of cheddar peppers! Ok so I’m like can I get the napkins please. She left and never came back. Just side eyed us while delivering other orders. Disappointed again we just left.
