Vinason is a fast casual Vietnamese restaurant. Our only focus is Vietnamese food with Love. We source local and sustainable as much as possible. Our beef broth is cooked 24 hours with 100 lbs of antibiotics free pasture raised beef bones. Our steak, brisket, and meatballs are antibiotics free and hand crafted. Our tofu is non GMO and our shrimp are always wild gulf shrimp. Our fish sauce is pure anchovies and salt. Our fix siracha is organic. We can’t afford for all ingredients to be organic, but our passion to elevate Vietnamese food is. Food with Love!

Had ordered Tofu Pho, Chicken fried rice and lemon grass chicken vermicelli. Really liked Pho and fried rice, vermicelli was good but not as much as other dishes. I liked their eco friendly packing for take outs, can do little better by making it 100% so.

Got take out somewhere new today. It was alright. Lots of flavors but I think I should have tried other meats. The chicken was kind of tough. I think my favorite thing was the egg roll. Nice to try something new but not sure if I would try again.

Used to be decent pho.. but now it’s just like fast food.. paper bowls and below par pho and other items. The day we went the home made meatballs in pho were terrible and gristly and tasted bad, brisket was old and dry and soup has no flavor. Egg rolls tasted like paper. No reason to stop by here anymore to eat:( Yummy pho and Papaya are much better!!

Our family tried the beef steak pho and pork banhmi. We love both of them. Flavor was good and ingredients were fresh. Didn’t get thirty after drinking the soup. Only think we wish for was the soup to be a bit hotter. And also option for different size pho would be great. We would definitely order size large if there is the choice 🙂 sandwich was excellent. Pork was very flavorful!! Bun was yummy and fresh. We heated up the left over sandwich the next day in toaster oven and the top of bun was crispy and inside was soft. Delicious! We will go back soon to try more things.

My main complaint is that their fried rice is not Chinese fried rice and they could have made that more obvious. The fried rice is more of a rice bowl, and it was delicious. I was expecting and wanted Chinese fried rice, but the steak rice bowl they call fried rice was delicious. My mom enjoyed her chicken “fried rice”.

First time here, and was very impressed. Pho was on point, spring roll was made with cold, fresh ingredients. I prefer a thicker peanut sauce, but the flavor was terrific. Vietnamese coffee was delicious. Will definitely make this a go-to spot.

Imagine a Chipotle restaurant style Pho place, except the portions are tiny, compared to actual Pho restaurants. You have to throw away your leftovers into the trash, and it gets real messy with soup. There is no kids Pho listed, but you can order it, but I suggest doing that only if your kid is 5 or under (portions are tiny). This place made me realize the value of the good old Pho restaurants, which have actual table service.

This place is good! I’ve been looking for years for a good Banh Mi sandwich. I also had the Vermicelli bowl with shrimp and my wife had the Pho with shrimp. The shrimp were good sized. I also like how they display where their meats come from.
