I’m a big fan of Arby’s. My significant not as much. We take turns picking out places to eat. This is a special treat for us. I got coupons in the mail and my significant other loves their chicken sandwiches and mozzarella sticks. Now he is liking this place so much more. I’ve never had a bad meal. And now mint shakes. We ordered jalapeño poppers from the drive through but got home & realized they gave us mozzarella sticks. I called and spoke to a young man named Travis who apologized for the error and got my personal information so he could send me some coupons. He was very polite & I didn’t have to learn the house again to feel I was heard and taken care of 🙂

Stopped in tonight for a couple sandwiches. Staff was standing around laughing which is perfectly fine. Nice to see people enjoying work. My gripe is that the last few times I’ve stopped they ask if you want sauce and either give you the wrong stuff or like tonight none at all. If I didnt live 20 miles away I wouldve went back and asked for sauce as well as fresh food.

Only got 4 of 5 ordered jalapeno poppers sandwiches were sloppy as H and the fries were, I’d say, 3/4 full. Love me some Arbys and we were a bit dissapointed. Order taker/window worker were great!
