At normally don’t have any issues with Chick-fil-A but at this location it took over 10 minutes to get our food. I had to call into the restaurant to make sure that they were doing curbside service. The manager answer the phone and told me that there was a big order before my little order and my food would be out shortly. I waited another 5 minutes . This was not the Chick-fil-A service I’m used to . I’ll stay on my side of town.

Can be very busy resulting a long waits (11 minutes one time). Prices are a little higher than stand alone stores, maybe .30-.50c for a sandwich. They do not charge for water so when I do fast food, which is not often, I go to chikfila.

Eating at this Chick-fil-A was the highlight of my trip to Kroger. I rarely shop there and as usual took me a long time to find what I needed. They even wanted to charge me $0.50 for withdrawing cash. NO WAY! But it was a pleasure to be served by Angel at this establishment. She exemplifies premier service! Thank you, we’ll be coming back!

Never went to a chick fil a that I didn’t like until now. maybe they should reconsider this location. They don’t have enough room to move around but they have enough time to talk about personal problems while customers are waiting to be greeted. This fast food place is definitely not fast!!!

Inside the Kroger is about the only difference in experience, that you’ll find with this location. In my opinion if you’ve been to one Chick-fil-A you’ve been to most(the dwarf house restaurants are full service). They work extremely hard to provide the satisfying visit that they’re known to provide.

This is the worst chick fill a ever. They’re not nice AT ALL not the manager or anybody new or old working there. They always make mistakes in their meals, or things are missing in the order, it happens very often. Lately they do not open or open after a certain time. First chick-fil-a I didnt give 5 stars to sadly. Thankfully 1 staff member kept it together in their store. But they dont see to have a manager here and the other members were arguing quite loudly with each other in front of several customers. Awkwardly we didnt know what to do and 1 guy just left, cant blame him. My food was fine afterwards but it just felt uncomfortable as now the staff werent talking the rest of the time I was there waiting. Perhaps this one is different than others due to being in a kroger and not a stand alone store.

I love Chick-fil-A, I love the convenience of a Chick-fil-A being in Kroger‘s. What I do not like is, when I go into Chick-fil-A and the employees are running around doing whatever, but the manager standing at the front register on his phone… Very unprofessional! And when I went to ask him a question, he acted like I disturbed him. So I chose not to get anything. If an employee cannot be on their phone a manager certainly should not be on his phone, at the front register!
