I have tried to order food from this establishment twice. First time they had no delivery driver and apparently the manager doesn’t work. The second time I ordered they had no bread. There won’t be a third attempt. Edit: they are so apologetic that they put the exact same reply to every review here. Funny thing is the web page takes you back to the app to try and get you to order again. This company is a mess!

It appears the Brunswick location doesn’t want my business any longer so I won’t be calling. I’ve tipped GENEROUSLY, and lately during business hours, I will call and NO ONE answers. I’ve called MANY times during business hours and nobody answers. I didn’t do anything wrong. I’ll take my business elsewhere!!

I called to get an ordered delivered to my home I always ask for the same thing and today 3/31/2023 they refused to deliver because the order fell short 1 penny of their $10 minium. They also would not honor their free cheesey bread coupon. There is a manger by the name of Nick. That is very rude. Because of his practice and the way he conducts business I will never call this location again and I will be contacting corporate in Toledo to make them aware of his actions. After talking to the district manager Amanda Howard, I see where Nick got his training all this over a penny and still beware of Marco’s poor customer treatment. Not only will I never patronize Marco’s Pizza at any location I will pass my experience on to others. Companies like this are a good reason to shop and support local business!!!!

Ordered 6/05/23 Sunday evening I ordered 2 medium pizzas cheesybread and a salad…All were excellent! Pizza was done perfect..And the salad was amazing..it was loaded with meat cheese and veggies! Great Job!

Never have I experienced this rude of a driver. On the take out, I noted “contactless delivery, leave at door” due to a newborn being put to sleep. The driver did not seem to care about this and proceeded to pound at my door for 10 minutes. On my receipt, which is taped to the box it says in bold “contactless”

Been ordering Marcos for many years. Most reliable pizza delivery in Brunswick. Always on time, staff always answers phone right away, always open when other competitors are closed, and they are courteous upon order and delivery. It’s not high end in terms of menu or ingredients (not workers fault) but their pizza is always made fresh, cooked correctly and on time. I would very much recommend!
