Kind of annoying when you look up what time they close and it says 10pm on google maps, but then you get to the restaurant before 9pm and the employees have the doors shut to the lobby as they are cleaning the lobby-chair on over half of the tables already- and they are directing people to the drive thru with hand signals. No signs posted on the door or anywhere for that matter. Doing closing duties sucks but its part of the job and closing the lobby over an hour early without any signage is not acceptable.

I usually don’t write reviews but this place is going downhill. We ordered a BIGGER plate to share and our sides were all ridiculously small. We have shared that before and it normally was more than enough food for us. They never asked us if we wanted to dine in or take out and assumed we were getting takeout. They tried to be slick and act like they were putting a lot of meat and would take some out when they would put the spoon back. We paid 3 dollars extra for 2 premium sides and 18 dollars total for a small amount of food. Additionally, the soda machine did not have a sign saying the fountain drinks were messed up so my friend got sprayed by the Dr. Pepper. Save yourself the trouble and money and just go to an authentic place instead.

Tried this place for the first time recently: Atmosphere was very unpleasant & staff unwelcoming. The entrée counter was literally half-empty, with food being scooped up for drive-thru traffic (apparently they take priority over dine-in patrons?!!) Had to wait 15-20 minutes for more Teriyaki chicken to be prepared! Food was very bland & portions small for the price! Will not be back!

When I stopped in to get lunch for myself and my female friend and her family it took a while to get waited on , and they had nothing to drink at all. They did have signs on both doors stating that they had no sodas at all. However they did not state they had no water. One of the employees was very rude to another customer and seemed to have an attitude. The food was decent and could have been more for the price.

Good for what it is. I prefer the local option on Dowlen compared to Panda but it’s still pretty clutch when you need something to switch it up. They were quick and friendly. It would probably suck if they weren’t there. Better than most other fast food options. Overall a solid 8/10

Everytime we go around 6:30pm, they say they’re done making broccoli beef for the night. I think that is absolutely ridiculous. My husband and I ordered a bowl. They didn’t even give us a bowl. They gave us these TINY little boxes of our main entree. Definitely not as much as you would get in a bowl. Never going back to this location.

The food is actually great! However, even if you order online and request the food be ready an hour later once you get to the drive thur they make you pull around to the parking lot to wait an additional 20-25 minutes! Please do better!!!! It would have been 5 stars but the pulling around after I scheduled my food to be ready an hour later is disrespectful!

Food is decent. It took them over 45 minutes to make an online order. Even though they charge you as soon as you place the order, they do not put your order in the queue with the drive thru and dine in orders (even if you paid before them). People that placed in person orders after I arrived came and went before I got my food. For that reason I deleted the app and won’t be back. There are better asian food restaurants in Beaumont.
