We ordered delivery Friday night and the order was accepted even though the store was closed. It then updated and allowed us to track the order so we were under the assumption we were getting our food still. It said delivered and still no one showed up. We spoke with a manager from another store and he said we should expect a phone call shortly from the manager at the store we ordered from to resolve the issue. After an hour we emailed the corporate team and they told us someone would be in touch to handle it. It’s now Sunday and we have heard nothing, we haven’t been refunded and at this point I will not be eating at any Jimmy Johns in Kalamazoo ever again.

They get five stars for delivering really fast. I had my order within 15 minutes of hanging up the phone, maybe less. The sandwiches themselves just aren’t as good as I remember them being. I’ve tried them a few times recently just to be fair and they’re okay but consistently the bread has been hard and tough and I used to love their bread for being so soft and chewy in the right places. And the contents inside have been so skimpy that I’d rather just wait and find something to eat at home. Not really worth spending the money to me.

I placed a delivery order for our office and was told it would be 10 to fifteen minutes, well it was delivered in 7 minutes, the driver said it would of been faster but he had another stop before ours. Talk about fast. WOW!!!! Excellent service!!!!! Completely satisfied.

Cold hard bread. Sandwich not sliced nor was I asked if I wanted it sliced. Young Girls working there that did not talk unless spoken to, did not suggest just stood and stared and then put as little effort as possible into making sandwich. I was only one there.

Going on 45 minutes for delivery of my sandwich and I live 5-6 min walk from this place. Still don’t have my sandwich. Lesson learned to only do take out from here even when it’s cold and icy. Better yet, go to a different establishment.

I have no clue how they got it to me so fast. The driver was even acting like she was making a mistake or something as if it could’ve been faster (lol). I usually don’t go to chains or review chains but I was in a pinch and needed to eat. I was so surprised by the speed that I called the store to let management know that I was impressed. I know there is a delivery fee, but tip those drivers 🙂
