I just had an online order and when I got home my sofritas bowl was missing half the ingredients. I went back and they gave me a new bowl which was still missing the guacamole. When the very young manager took the bowl back I saw the young lady laughing and she proceeded to use her gloved hand to smash guacamole into the bowl. I am beyond furious because I paid 15.00 for food and service that was very incomplete and unsatisfactory. I will no longer use this location due to their terrible service and the manner in which they handled my request for my order to be corrected.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Poor food quality and poor service. I ordered guac and the avocados they used were not ready. They were so hard that the avocados were not smash all the way. Also the person at the drive thru does not know what customer service is. She was very rude. This chipotle location is going downhill.

Pure laziness. Ordered a large chip and guac, I expect a large chip and guac. They’re over here filling bags like Lay’s but without the air. Also, that doesn’t look like a quesadilla to me….looks like a squished burrito. Also didn’t come with the vinegarette either.

We placed a pick up order at 7:00 with a promised time of 7:30. Did not receive the order until almost 8. It was missing the guac and vinaigrette. The bowl had white rice that was supposed to be brown. I tried to call the store no answer. No they were not busy either…this location is always a problem.

Update: I think this place is great. The beauty of this location is the lack of interfacing with other pedestrian heavy areas, meaning people need to drive to get here and that makes it lack the crush of peak time foot traffic that your other Chipotles have. I’ve also had great and extremely fast service before. I ordered a DoorDash with 15 orders and checked 30 minutes beforehand to see if they received it. They did not but then it abruptly went through and they made the order in 15 minutes while also dealing with early lunch traffic. Everything was made correctly and packaged well.

I don’t know why I keep using this location. Placed an order for pick up went inside to pick it up wasn’t on the shelf. Waited for about 5 minutes before I said anything. Not one person asked if I needed help. The cashier took an order to the shelf and said the name on the bag I said no and gave her my name. She rolled her eyes and walked back to the cashier and started helping other customers. 15 minutes passed the “promised “ time they finally had it ready. With the wrong drink for my son and the burrito was not wrapped properly. Like how is this acceptable?The picture I added below is exactly how I took it out of the bag. Why does the service here keep getting worse?

The store was NASTY! Not one clean table inside or outside. The person ringing me up put someone else’s burrito in my bag, charged me for it. When I realized I was eating the wrong burrito, I went to the manager and asked for another one. She said, “You ate half of it.” I was appalled by that. To top it all off, they had no chips and no ice for the drinks. I have never been to this location, but I definitely did not enjoy my experience here.

Food was great, as usual. But dining area needed attention. Almost every table had food scraps/crumbs on them, as well as the floor. Napkin dispensers empty, drink area had spilled beverages on it. Store wasn’t busy, so it seems one of the staff could have done a quick clean up.

This location is by far the worse Chipotle I’ve been to. The staff making the orders are in a rush and miss putting things into the bowls. The cashier’s there are extremely rude. The girl swung my back and slammed in on the counter like what is wrong with people. Also my bowl just tasted horrible yesterday rice beans and chicken were extremely dry. I’ve called since last night to complain and to see if I can come back to get a replacement. This store hasnt answered the phone since last night and nothing at all this afternoon. Oven been calling since they opened. SMH won’t eat at this location again after this.
