I will always recommend Nitro Sushi to anyone looking for a fantastic culinary experience. There’s nothing else like it in Brevard. Every single ingredient, including the fish, is so fresh and flavorful. The menu is so creative and the chef continues to come up with new menu items that I’ve never seen anywhere else! The passion that the chef has to bring brevard the most unique sushi creations they’ve ever had is definitely recognized! You absolutely will not disappointed when choosing Nitro Sushi for your next meal or event!

AMAZING sushi style that I’ve ever had. We got Tacopoké bowl and sushi-rrito with Cheetos fried. They are so fresh, delicious and very good portion. Can’t wait to try some other menus as well.

Went to the food truck that they have tonight (3/25/23). The truck appearance was very clean and organized. I ordered a Tacopoke bowl and It was FANTASTIC! My food was made fresh, quick, and neat right after I ordered it. Excellent experience and food that I highly recommend. My only problem was that it was so good I wished I would have ordered two bowls instead of just one lol.

I got the sushiritto with shrimp tempura, cucumber, cream chz and avocado. It was really good, and I’d definitely recommend! Next time I want to try this fried with the hot Cheeto coating.

Decided to try it a couple of days ago and it was great. The chef used to be the head chef for Thai Hana before they sold it last year. So if you liked Thai Hana back then, you will love this sushi. It was delicious!
