I’ve order this on 3 different occasions, hoping to get a different result but they are always burnt. I was super excited to get my ham and cheese croissant from Dunkin’ because I prefer Dunkin’ over Starbucks, but unfortunately I’m just going to go back to Starbucks. Looking for a one stop shop in the morning for my coffee and food. I’m sure these are super yummy if they are cooked right. I’ll try one more time in a couple weeks, maybe the staff will be better trained on handing out burnt food.

Great customer service, fast and super yummy. Munchkins are always a must and we’re exceptional. The avocado toast was fantastic as well as all of our drinks… The hash browns were a bit soggy but still pretty good just wished they had actually been crispy.

Stopped to grab some doughnuts for the first time at this location. I walked in and i hear a ladies voice saying how did he get in. That door is to be locked.. Ive already closed the lobby register. You must not have locked the door. So i left. They wont be getting my business. This was at 6:10 pm their open until 7pm..

Automated process at the counter is garbage. You might as well go back grab the donuts yourself. The staff will ignore you until you use the ordering pad in front and are not helpful nor do they look clean or offer any sevice. The place is dirty. Might as well close the inside and have people oder via the drive thru or app. The food is mediocre at best. I would give this place 1/2 a star if possible.

Failed me today. The coffee that was drinkable was great but significantly less than what i normally purchase. Normally never this disappointed but i was charged way to much for that. Im always precise and polite knowing its always busy. I’ve spent my last dime with Dunkin.

I love coming to dunkin, definitely better than the biggby a few plazas down. My only complaints are my iced coffee is never the same (I always order the same thing, it just gets made different everytime, apparently.) And to stir the iced coffee! I shouldn’t have to try and stir it in my car, when it’s so full.

They close ten minutes early every day and it’s very inconvenient. Please train your staff accordingly and remain open as advertised until 7p. I will be reporting this to the labor department and local ordinances governing jhour of operations as this is false advertising and is beyond ridiculous thst any business owner would allow their staff to close early with a long line of paying customers. Watch your camera and watch all the money go into the hands of your competition. Low class dunkin with low standards for their crew.

literally only go here if you want the worst experience ever. walked in to pick up an order, they had no clue where it was or anything. Tried to place another order in store and got yelled at by some lady about how she needed to leave and i need to go to the drive through if i wanted my order taken. They will not greet you, and they will absolutely treat you like you don’t exist. Another time i stood there 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my presence. i know it’s understaffed but that doesn’t mean you can’t be decent people guys .
