Delicious BBQ brisket sandwiches served by friendly people who know what they’re doing. I was able to order, then go inside to the beer joint next door and they brought the food to me. Perfectly juicy, not too fatty, crispy yummy edges, good bun, yummy sauce on the side. *chefs kiss* Oh, and the fries were perfect too.

This is good BBQ. We had the brisket taco and sandwich, the corn and the fries. Excellent food. The food truck shares the atmosphere with The Stay Put brewery, which is a fantastic combo. James the owner is super nice.
