I had placed an order on line. Went inside to pick it up. Was told another 11 minutes. Went outside to wait. Went to go back inside and they lock the doors. What terrible service. I already had to wait longer than I had to wait in the drive through line. Can you get any lazier? Terrible service.

If I could give a zero I would. The store closes at 9pm. I pulled up to drive thru at 8:48pm. They wouldn’t answer. I saw the workers (one out of uniform) hiding. I pulled to the window and the manager unlocked the door and said we’re closed. I told her it’s not 9pm. She said we don’t have anymore food. I smiled and left but when is the last time KFC ran out food?
