Regularly enjoy these breakfast tacos. Great on the go, quick eats; filled with eggs, bacon and shredded potatoes. At first, wondered if a “little” taco would be as filling as a breakfast burrito. The sight of the size may be deceiving. To compare, if you ate a fast food breakfast sandwich with a small hash brown, it would be as filling. Tacos come with your choice of hot sauce, salsa, or other individual packaged condiments. They are pre-made and kept in a warmer, so there is no wait time.

Shopping for job materials early in the morning sucks. Trudging through fluorescent lit isles with sleep still in your eyes, looking through ransacked shelves straight out of “The Last Of Us”. Miraculously finding parts the right parts in all the wrong places only to then pay more than last week for the same bulls****. However, this week at Home Depot in Lihue, a beacon shone in the parking lot. Temporary salvation from climbing the 48 hour wall towering before the weekend. Kind staff and swift painless service. A delicious affordable breakfast taco to silence grumbling stomachs and warm cold hearts. A lovely yellow bastion of Thursday morning hope. Lele’s.
