Great spot! And did you know Teddy is offering cooking classes? My friend and I took his Thai cooking class recently and I was so impressed with his organization, the flow of the class, his sharing of knowledge, and of course by the delicious end result. We made Pad Thai totally from scratch, even roasting the peanuts for the garnish. It is a small space to cook, but Teddy has his food truck set up well and we had plenty of hands on opportunities and thoroughly enjoyed our class. Grab your knives and GO!

I LOVE this little food truck. The person taking the orders was very nice, polite, and friendly. I love their pad Thai . The food came quick, and and hot. The price is awsome, being 11 dollars for some of the best pad thai i have ever had. The portions are also great.

Delicious food and great service. Freshest Thai food in Olympia. The Gai Yang is amazing, so much flavor and incredible spice blend. You can feel the love that goes into their dishes. Go tell your mom about it.

I ordered green curry and chicken satay. The curry was watery and not spicy at all. It did come with lots vegetables. The rice was fine. The satay had a strange texture. Over brined and over cooked? Not sure. It was very salty. Overall, I will not go back.

Delicious!! Ordered the Gai Yaang and a small Pad Thai. Chicken was super moist and the sauce was phenomenal. Meant to post a photo but I inhaled the food too quickly. 10/10 will be back.
