Before Ms. Lore came, I had come to Popeyes and waited almost 40min for a one leg kids meal. Not only was the wait long but the Customer service was horrible and that was about 5 months ago. I finally decided to come back to give them another shot and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was I greeted once, but greeted three times, by different employees including the employee sitting on their break at the table. Just that alone was a turn around for me. Walking into a restaurant feeling welcome, I don’t mind waiting for food. Ms. Lore has completely changed the atmosphere in that place and it’s more than appreciated! Thank you Popeyes for making me feel welcome!

I sent me son to get a 12 pc family meal. When he got home I noticed they gave him all thighs and breast and they didn’t even let him know that’s all the pieces they had. He did tell me they were trying to get him to take 1/2 mild and 1/2 spicy and he told them no, we didn’t want the spicy ones. I understand if they don’t have all the pieces cooked at the time, but they need to make that known to their customers instead of just giving them anything. Also the rice and beans side was only 1/2 way full. With everything going up in price the least these companies can do is make sure that people get what they pay for. I’m not asking for anything free, BUT I do want my moneys worth. I called about 5 times and no one ever answered the phone. I left a message, let’s see if they’ll follow up. So disappointed and dissatisfied with this Popeyes. Also this is not the first time this has happened, I just about had enough of the people running this restaurant and the horrible service.

This was just to share please clean your Restroom , some of us in to use the facilities as well as the local stores. It would be nice to have clean restrooms , maybe take notes from Womack like walking in towards the pharmacy’s shortest walk. These are some clean, nice facilities, thanks Womack !

Sat at the drive through speaker for an absurd amount of time before anyone asked me what I wanted. Ordered spicy chicken, got normal. Asked for Sweet Heat Barbecue sauce, got honey. Chicken also came out cold. Will avoid this place at all costs in the future and recommend that others do so as well.

Low staff ,very uncomfortable customer service they ran out of chicken during lunch time. How does a restaurant that’s known to sell chicken runs out of it. Bad management and very rude,the wait to be served was just to long I rather not eat for the day than to eat there besides the mash potatoe had no flavor and the biscuits where dried out.
