I ordered the sausage deep deep dish pizza, and it is absolutely horrible. I counted 12 small pieces of sausage spread out over 8 pieces, and it wasn’t even fully cooked. The taste of it was off somehow like something on it was spoiled. I couldn’t even eat it. I didn’t bother calling to complain because after reading other reviews, I already know that the manager doesn’t care. Very disappointed because I work hard for my money and to waste it on food I can’t even eat sucks.

I tried to call an order in for 2 pizzas and 2 orders of cheesy bread. Guy said no need to order because they have those things ready to go. When I got there, I wanted an extra order of cheesy bread. Was told it would be 15-20 minutes. I told her I had tried to call an order in and she just rolled her eyes. She handed my change back. No thank you, no nothing. I will never again go to this location. Terrible, customer service.

I went in today thinking I was going to received great customer service but I was wrong I actually didn’t and I was really upset from it due to the fact that the manager Shawn was the one that gave me bad customer service I came in at 9:30pm to order 2 pizza’s. Which they close at 10pm and Shawn was refusing to take my order which that’s not ok from coming from a manager. I believe that shawn is in the wrong career. And he kept saying he had 3 hours to walk home which in the end of the day he has job to do… please talk to shawn or remove him cause yous would loose a lot of customers due to shawn

Never cook when you order a meal for your dad on Father’s Day and it isn’t delivered. The store refused to make it right, they only handed me off to Door Dash, who ALSO wouldn’t make it right. Time for a fraud complaint to the bank for ordering something never received.

Thank you Little Ceasars on Sterling for your TERRIBLE customer service. We ordered 4 pizzas today and only received 2 from delivery. I don’t care whose fault it was, either yours or Doordash’s, but my husband went out of the way to drive to your store to ask for it to be made right. Your employee said NOTHING COULD BE DONE. Are you serious?! Not only did we NOT get those 2 pizzas but we also lost out on money and gas money. Just a terrible company, terrible customer service and I’ll use my voice and platforms to make sure the area knows just how terrible you all are. Can’t do nothing..yeah right.

Picked up a pizza and cheesy bread for dinner. Got really excited when I saw the cheesy bread because it looked like it had a lot of cheese on it but really it was just raw dough! I bit into it and I immediately noticed no crunch and the taste of straight dough in my mouth. I pulled the piece apart and could literally see the raw dough inside. Disgusting!!!

We bought 2 deep dish pizzas and I gave my son his 2 pieces and when I ate my first piece I thought it tasted doughy.. and yep it was disgusting.. manager was rude.. very rude didn’t even care to try and make the customer happy.. just being rude.
