Had to ask an employee how long this particular restaurant has been open, I was shocked when I heard the answer. The shock was from how clean the establishment is. From the moment I walked in I noticed all empty tables were clean, as well as the counters and condiment area. The food is always great, but the dedication from the staff made it better.
